Our Experience

Our search practice has performed C–Suite, Vice President and Director level searches within General Management, Financial, Marketing, Sales, Human Resource, Supply Chain and Information Technology disciplines within the Pharmaceutical, Industrial/Manufacturing, Business Services, Technology, Consumer Packaged Goods, Sports & Entertainment and Automotive sectors. Additionally, our outsourced recruiting team has completed large–scale recruiting assignments for our clients at the Associate through Vice President level when multiple needs have been present at one time.

Our talent management consulting practice, associated with Lominger International, a Korn/Ferry Company, and a certifier for The LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Suite of products, has engagement experience across a variety of areas, including 360° Feedback, Executive Coaching, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Competency Modeling to name a few. ... global director of talent management for American Standard Companies. In both roles, Mark gained extensive international experience working with top executives, human resource professionals and line managers on a variety of talent and organizational issues.

Mark prides himself on his ability to demystify the art and science of talent management by introducing sound foundational concepts, backed by practical applications that all managers and employees can comprehend, support and integrate into the work environment.

Mark has expertise in the areas of performance and potential assessment, succession planning, 360 feedback, coaching, talent development, adult learning design and program delivery, employee engagement, organization design, manpower planning, interviewing, talent selection and executive recruitment.

Mark has spoken at national and international company conferences regarding the topics of leadership assessment, performance management, competency models, employee engagement and talent scorecards. He is an Associate of Lominger International and Certifier for The LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Suite of products.

Mark received his MBA in Management with honors from Columbia University and his BS in Accounting with honors from Montclair State University.

He serves as a close business partner with his clients by providing valuable insight into the labor market from a geographical, functional and industry perspective. Above all, Jim prides himself on a success rate that is second-to-none using measurements of candidate quality and cycle time.

Before co-founding Adison in 2005, Jim gained extensive recruiting experience during 10 years with one of New Jersey’s most established executive search firms. Jim’s recruiting experience includes Director and Vice President level searches within the Marketing, Sales, and Financial disciplines across the CPG, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Industrial and Business Services industries. Jim is responsible for the training and development of Adison’s research staff and is the prime architect of Adison’s research-based recruiting model.

Jim began his career at Seton Hall University’s Office of Career Services, where he designed co-op programs for undergraduate and graduate students as well as on-campus recruiting programs for many Fortune 500 companies. He holds a BA in Liberal Arts and MA in Corporate Communications, both from Seton Hall University.

Scott Sannito

Scott’s commitment to client service has earned him a reputation as a valued business partner to his clients, and his integrity and forthrightness have allowed him to become a trusted advisor...

... to candidates. As a result of his deep understanding of his client’s needs, values and culture, along with his honest, straight-forward approach to the recruitment process, Scott possesses an extremely high interview-to-hire ratio.

Using insights gained from his 17+ years of diverse experience at Fortune 500 companies and boutique executive search firms, Scott successfully works with clients to build entire work groups and teams from the ground up. He specializes in large-scale recruitment projects as well as retained executive search, and consults clients on building and utilizing an effective approach to recruiting senior-level candidates.

Scott embarked on his career in executive recruitment in 1996 after gaining valuable experience as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers and a manager in Wyeth Pharmaceuticals’ compliance department. He joined one of New Jersey’s most established executive search firms, where he focused on recruiting all levels of accounting and financial professionals for his corporate clients. Later, he went on to lead the Tax practice at the firm, where he grew the practice by 400% over a three-year period. In 2005, Scott drew upon his leadership capability to co-found Adison & Partners, L.L.C.

Scott has presented to Fortune 100 companies and professional membership organizations on the subject of talent acquisition and effectively partnering with search firm organizations. Scott graduated with honors from the University of Scranton, where he was a first team Academic All-American athlete.
