One–on–One Coaching: A successful career transition begins with self–awareness and a sound understanding of both personal and professional goals. Using world renowned instruments and certified interpretation, our one–on–one coaching service can provide the vehicle to increased self–awareness. Moreover, our coaching approach empowers the individual to better manage their transition by discovering potential alignment of one’s unique capabilities and experiences with career opportunities and personal aspirations.
Search Strategy & Planning: An Adison Partner works directly with the individual to develop and execute a comprehensive search strategy and plan based on the individual’s unique set of skills, career aspirations, personal considerations, financial expectations, and geographical preference. The executable plan is owned by the individual with clear milestones designed to prepare the individual for a highly effective and efficient transition period.
Networking Assistance: Developing and revitalizing your network (personal and professional) is a top–priority. At Adison, in addition to coaching the individual on how to develop their own network, we make strategic introductions to colleagues and contacts within specific disciplines and industries.
Resume/CV Development: We work with the individual to ensure that their unique abilities and experiences are presented in a compelling and professional manner. All resumes are reviewed by a Partner of the firm with the individual having final approval over the design and content.
Interviewing Training: A thorough one–on–one training designed to help the individual be well–prepared for a variety of interview situations. The intensive training includes:
- Videotaped training session and review
- Interviewing in various settings (e.g. panel interview, lunch interview)
- Concise communication (e.g. handling behavioral type questions, asking insightful questions)
- Understanding body language and "reading your audience"
- Proper presentation and conduct
- Overall "do’s and don’ts" of interviewing
